When applicable, individual product descriptions will identify whether a garment is part of our American-made collection.
Products Disclosure
Many YRA products are produced only after an order has been placed.
This production model helps reduce waste, improve inventory management, and allows us to continually release new artwork and limited-run designs.
Because production begins shortly after an order is received:

6. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Although we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, YRA reserves the right to:

No contract is formed until YRA accepts and begins processing your order.
7. Sales Tax

Customers remain responsible for any duties, taxes, or governmental fees imposed by jurisdictions outside those collected at checkout.
8. Payment
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
YRA does not store complete credit card information. Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.
If a payment is declined or later reversed, we reserve the right to suspend production or cancel the order.
9. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Receipt of an order confirmation email simply confirms that we received your order request.
YRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of YRA.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Packages returned because of incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

YRA may offer local delivery within designated service areas at our sole discretion.

Delivery windows are estimates only.
If delivery cannot be completed because no recipient is available when required, YRA may attempt another delivery or convert the order to standard shipping at the customer’s expense.

13. Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.
Orders should generally be collected within thirty (30) days of notification unless alternate arrangements have been approved.
Orders abandoned without communication may be canceled after reasonable notice.
YRA reserves the right to determine pickup locations, pickup hours, and identification requirements for order release.
14. Returns & Exchanges
Because many YRA products are custom-made, printed to order, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are generally considered final.
We do not typically accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind

Preference regarding garment color or style

Limited edition or seasonal merchandise
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Photographs may be requested to evaluate the issue before a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund is issued at YRA’s discretion.
15. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Because many products are produced shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If a cancellation is approved before production begins, any applicable payment processing fees that are non-refundable to YRA may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Unless a product specifically states that a fixed dollar amount or percentage of the purchase price will be donated, all contributions are made solely at YRA’s discretion.
